Nice Carrot

Ollie planted 3 rows of carrots at our community garden plot this year.  Here is his first carrot that he picked.  He is very proud of his crop!

 Ollie's cupcake bakery.  He took all of JJ's different seasonal sprinkles and made a "concoction" to put on his cherry cupcakes.  They were delicious!

Kid's Park in Bartlesville, OK

 JJ and Ginny took us to the coolest place for kids under the age of 6.  It has been around since 1950ish.  The kids got to rides of tons of neat little ride, and the whole evening was under 15 bucks.  VERY COOL!

 Ollie and JJ on a roller coaster.  Ollie was scared, but then he wanted to go again.  Below was Penny's favorite.  She rode the little cars 3 times.  Each time her car had to be blue.

OK for the Fourth

 FIREWORKS!  Becky - you realize you are posting about the fourth of July and it is almost August.  We had to wipe off our computer again!  I think it is finally fixed, so I can get back to blogging.  Ollie was fireworks crazy this year.  He even opened his own stand and sold fireworks (for real $) to his family members.  We love to go to OK for the fourth and this year the weather was amazing.  I think it was only hot one day.  Bo is the only dog in the world who likes fireworks, and tried to eat several of them while they were going.

We had Lo over for a sleepover yesterday. Movie Night! This morning all the kids wanted to dress alike. Sillies!

Is it July?

We are on the back porch playing with homemade slime at 3:00 on a July day. How are we cool and comfortable? Best summer ever!

Avah at the Zoo!

 We got to spend a morning with Avah and her grandma (Tutu).  She has grown in to a darling, smart peach.  I just love her!  Here we are having fun at the zoo - it got HOT!  My only wish is that my best-buddy, KB, could have joined us.

Franklin Institute

 On our last day in NJ, we had some time to kill before our flight, so we stopped by the Franklin Institute in Philly.  It is an awesome science museum (and we got in free with Mimi/Poppop's Science City membership - Yipeee!)

We flew to NJ this year to see my aunt and grandma (thank you to JJ and Popcorn!).  The kids were perfect angels on the plane.  We could not have asked for more.
