Ollie had to have an orange wall. After much debate, he decided on this Pacman wall decal. JJ got this one for O and two willow trees for P. Her yellow wall is in progress. 

The New House

We moved!  We have a pretty new house in Shawnee. It has lots of room for the kids and a huge backyard. We were sad to see the old house go - especially Ollie and I. We love our new place!

New Jersey

This year was a little different. My grandma was recovering from a recent hospital stay and could not come with us. We went to see her several times. 

The big kids decided to win her a monkey at the arcade. I hope she continues to feel better each day. 

We spend many nice days at the beach. And lots of time on the boardwalk.

More Ballet and T-Ball

T-Ball and Ballet

Ollie is taking t-ball this summer through Johnson County. He LOVES it. Even when they dismiss early, because of heat, he wants to keep going. He wants to learn to pitch. His team (and all the other teams) are named the Royals. 

Penny is taking ballet again this summer. This year without mommy. She can't wait to get dressed and out on the dance floor. She wants to be a ballerina when she grows up.

His darling teacher, mrs. Flint, is behind him.

The goal was to get the beach ball from one end to the other without touching it with your hands. They made it!

They opened our new soccer field and Ollie was picked from his class to kick in one of the first balls. 

Last day of school

Many tears came on the last day of school for Ollie and his mom. Penny was just excited about her new school.
