Wonderscope!

Ollie and Lolo went to Wonderscope Children's Museum last weekend. They had so much fun! We played farmer, artist, scientist, astronaut, and doctor. Lolo even played pirate. Ollie painted his mom's face, and she painted his. He has a star and a heart on each cheek. I have a road and an octopus on each cheek. Ollie would move into Wonderscope if he could.

Weekend in MO

Last weekend, Ollie and his mom went to Columbia, MO to visit with our buddies from St. Louis. We hung out at the mall, rode the merry-go-round, played playdough, and swam in the hotel pool. Ollie had a bunch of fun with Lennon, Elizabeth, and Lolo!

Snowday with Mommy & Daddy

The 3 of us were home today, because school was called off due to snow. We went outside for a bit, but as you can see from the picture Ollie's coat broke. He also HATES snow pants. It took a lot of convincing to get him into those beauties. Then we lost a mitten and got tangled in a scarf. But after a few moments outside, he was enchanted with how the snow changes everything. And Daddy showed him he could eat it!

We came back to Kansas City and celebrated on New Year's with Grammy and PopPop, Aunt B, Lolo, and Uncle Jeff. We had a wonderful day opening too many presents, eating, and playing Rock Band. Lolo and Ollie missed each other, but were back at their usual antics in no time.

Christmas Part 5

Then we went to GG Aunt Ginny and GG Uncle Dick's house for a mini-Christmas celebration. We also ate out for Ginny's B-Day. Happy Birthday Ginny! Ollie loved to play with Ginny's musical wind-ups, and he got too many presents.

Christmas interlude - Aquarium

Ollie has been talking about seeing the sharks for months. G-ma JJ took us to the Tulsa Aquarium and he was VERY brave. We went through the shark tunnels twice. He fed the shrimp and the turtles. Santa brought Ollie his own 2.5 gallon aquarium that is now complete with 2 guppies, 1 tetra, 1 snail, and a ghost shrimp. Very cool!

Christmas Part 4

We went back to Harper for another Christmas with GAK, Erica, Vince, JJ and Grandpa Jeff. Ollie helped make cherry pie and helped eat it too. He got too many presents and had a SUPER fun time with Erica. He loved to play burrito with the blanket.
