Trick or Treat Trail
Today, we met Lolo and Uncle Jeff at Matt Ross Community Center (our pool) for the Trick or Treat Trail. Last year, we attended and had a bunch of fun. This year it was PACKED. We had to wait in line just to get in the door. Ollie the Spider still had fun and even won the candy cake walk. We are extremely excited for trick-or-treating with Lolo (who is Foofa) tomorrow.

Pumpkin Patch Year 3
Ollie went to the Schaake's Pumpkin Patch outside Lawrence last weekend. Lolo and her parents met us there. It was VERY windy, but we had a great time even with dirt in our teeth. Ollie got to shoot pumpkins in a slingshot and drink apple slush. We picked out a small apple shaped squash yet to be carved. Fall fun!
Hannah and Olive
Hannah and Olive Kerr came over last week to try out the new trampoline. They loved it, but Olive liked the sandbox best. Ollie adores the Kerr girls. At a recent trip to the park, I told him he needed to be friendly to a little boy that was playing. He said "why I already have Hannah."

Trampoline Bliss!
We had a sushi/trampoline party today with Uncle Jeff/Lolo and GrammyPopPop. We needed help putting the trampoline together - there is no way Wes and I could have done it alone. The kids love it! Even PopPop got in on the action.
Baby Girl!!
Here is our sonogram last Wednesday! We thrilled but not truly surprised, because I have been so sick! Anyone need any boy clothes?
Gymnastics
Ollie and Lolo have been training at the Shawnee Mission Athletic Center every Saturday morning. Their routine includes pretending to rub peanut butter on their legs, walking like bears, jumping over pretend logs, and front rolls. Very rigorous!

Ollie turns 3!
Ollie turned 3 on Monday! We celebrated last weekend in Oklahoma. He has grown so much in the last year. His vocabulary is amazing - Wes swears he used the word "solitary" correctly in a sentence. He has become OBSESSED with Halloween, but he chose to have a train birthday. Everyone (but his parents) took him to a restaurant called Ollie's Station in Tulsa. What could be more perfect!? He got some amazing gifts including a cool tricycle, a trampoline, a ton of Little Einsteins stuff, a remote control spider that walks up walls, and (the favorite) a stomp rocket. He asked me today "when we are writing thank you notes?" - we have been reading Clifford's Manners. I guess I had better get on that! Wes and I just adore our Ollie!
